My name is Ally and I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). I have my degree in Exercise Science and am also a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).  

I believe that working out and training should be fun and should be tailored around each person and their particular goals, strengths, and weaknesses. Being healthy, from every angle, is a building block to enjoying all other aspects of life and is vital for maintaining a healthy, functioning lifestyle! My goal is to make every session as personalized as I can and to educate my clients as much as possible on exercise and meaningful movement and to look at the big picture of overall health and wellness. 

As a trainer and a coach,  I am passionate about helping others reach their health goals. I hope to use my knowledge andexperience to help people achieve new and greater accomplishments and enjoy a healthier lifestyle-  mentally, emotionally, and physically.
